By downloading, installing, or using the Mugi app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Mugi is a mobile application that allows users to track their One Piece Trading Card Game collections, build decks, trade cards with friends, log tournament matches, and engage with a community of collectors. Mugi is not an official Bandai Namco product and is not affiliated with Bandai Namco, Toei Animation, Shueisha, or Eiichiro Oda.
To use Mugi, you must create an account with a valid email address and a username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the app's functionality or other users.

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (posts, comments, stories, deck lists). By posting content, you grant Mugi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
The trade feature in Mugi is a tool for organizing and tracking card trades between users. Mugi does not facilitate, guarantee, or mediate any physical exchange of cards. All physical trades are conducted at the sole risk and discretion of the users involved. Mugi is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from trades between users.
Card information, images, and market prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may not reflect current market conditions. Mugi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data.
One Piece and all related characters, names, and indicia are trademarks of Toei Animation, Shueisha, and Eiichiro Oda. One Piece Card Game is a trademark of Bandai Namco. Card images are the property of their respective owners. Mugi claims no ownership of any One Piece or Bandai Namco intellectual property.
The Mugi app, its code, design, and branding are the property of tcgmmeds. All rights reserved.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugi and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
